What happened: Joe Fagnano will start at quarterback for the Baltimore Ravens on Thursday against the Jacksonville Jaguars. The rookie has been battling through an ankle injury that limited him in Monday's walkthrough. Baltimore confirmed the starting nod as Lamar Jackson and Tyler Huntley remain sidelined by injuries.

Why it matters: Baltimore carries a three-game losing streak into Thursday, dropping to 4-4 in 2026 through eight games and sitting 10th in the AFC standings. With their top two quarterbacks out of practice, the Ravens must rely on Fagnano to stabilize an offense coming off a 36-10 loss to Buffalo.

What to watch: The Ravens face the Jaguars on Thursday night, where Fagnano will make his first career NFL start.
