What happened: NFL reporter Josina Anderson called for former NFL fullback Michael Robinson to issue a full apology to Philadelphia Eagles quarterback Jalen Hurts over Robinson's remarks suggesting Hurts would sit out because teammates were injured. Anderson described the inferred accusations in Robinson's commentary as dangerous.

Why it matters: The backlash follows Friday's announcement ruling Hurts out for Week 6 with a blood clot. Philadelphia signed quarterback Joe Milton off the Dallas Cowboys' practice squad on Thursday to add depth behind Tanner McKee.

By the numbers: Per ESPN, Hurts completed 294 of 454 passes for 3,224 yards with 25 touchdowns and 6 interceptions across 16 games for the Eagles in 2025.

What to watch: Philadelphia enters Sunday's Week 6 matchup without Hurts while holding off on an immediate roster move.
