What happened: Aaron Judge is dealing with an injury, and the Yankees say they do not yet know how severe it is. Sunday’s scheduled game has not started, with the score 0-0 and the series tied 1-1.

Why it matters: That uncertainty lands at a live point in the matchup, with New York back on the field in a dead-even series. Any update on Aaron Judge would immediately affect how the Yankees frame his availability.

What to watch: Watch for any pregame update on Judge before first pitch. If there is no change, the question carries into the start of the game.
