What happened: Baltimore Ravens quarterback Lamar Jackson (ruled out for a second straight week with a left ankle injury) and Cleveland Browns running back Quinshon Judkins (ankle) top the Week 6 inactives list in Cleveland. Tyler Huntley draws his second consecutive start for Baltimore, while Jaleel McLaughlin and recently signed Audric Estime lead a Cleveland backfield also missing Dylan Sampson on injured reserve. Baltimore also deactivated center Cam Jurgens, guard Andrew Vorhees, receiver Elijah Sarratt, safety K'Von Wallace, and tight end Matthew Hibner, while Cleveland ruled out defensive tackles Mason Graham and Mike Hall Jr., linemen Teven Jenkins and Parker Brailsford, cornerback Noah Igbinoghene, and emergency quarterback Taylen Green.

Why it matters: Both AFC North clubs enter their first division meeting of the 2026 regular season missing key offensive starters and interior linemen on both sides of the ball. Without Judkins and Sampson available, Cleveland relies on McLaughlin and Estime, who signed on Oct. 13, to balance the offense for quarterback Deshaun Watson. Baltimore counters with a pass rush facing a Cleveland protection unit that allowed eight sacks against the New York Jets last week, while Huntley operates behind an offensive line missing both Jurgens and Vorhees.

By the numbers: Baltimore Ravens 0, Cleveland Browns 0 (scheduled). Tyler Huntley threw for 201 yards and two touchdowns against the Atlanta Falcons in Week 5. Deshaun Watson has thrown a touchdown pass in every start this season but took eight sacks last week and faces a Baltimore defense with an 11.1% quarterback knockdown rate (12th in the NFL).

What to watch: Baltimore and Cleveland kick off their Week 6 AFC North matchup at 1 p.m. ET in Cleveland. Jackson's practice participation during the upcoming week will determine his availability for Baltimore's next game.
