What happened: Yaxel Lendeborg joined Draymond Green at Golden State's media day as the Michigan forward taken at No. 11 begins his first camp. Lendeborg asked Green for a picture, playing up their college rivalry now that they share a locker room.

Why it matters: Green remains the defensive anchor for a veteran core entering 2026-27. Lendeborg's path to frontcourt minutes will be set through camp and preseason.

What to watch: Golden State continues camp ahead of the preseason schedule.
