What happened: Golden State forward Yaxel Lendeborg reached a new personal milestone Sunday night, pouring in 32 points against the LA Clippers. Lendeborg generated 19 of those points before halftime to keep Golden State in control throughout the contest.

Why it matters: The scoring outburst cements Lendeborg's growing rotation role after Warriors leadership dismissed pre-draft age questions over the summer. His scoring efficiency provides immediate frontcourt production for Golden State amid early-season lineup adjustments.

What to watch: Lendeborg and the Warriors return to action Friday to face the Los Angeles Lakers at 10 p.m. ET.
