What happened: Dallas Cowboys safety Malik Hooker expressed confidence in defensive coordinator Christian Parker during a one-on-one interview. Hooker praised Parker's handling of in-game decisions, noting the coach is "doing a hell of a job making the adjustments."

Why it matters: The defensive endorsement comes amid a challenging stretch for Dallas following the Micah Parsons trade. The unit ranks 32nd in key metrics and sits last in EPA per drive over a 22-game sample size.

What to watch: Dallas looks to execute Parker's defensive adjustments as the regular season continues.
