What happened: Ferraro got on the board for Winnipeg during preseason play ahead of the 2026-27 season.

Why it matters: The marker gives the newcomer an early camp milestone as Winnipeg sorts out its roster before opening night. It also lands alongside other offseason changes for the club, including the July signing of Stuart Skinner.

What to watch: The next read is whether Ferraro keeps surfacing offensively in Winnipeg's remaining preseason games and where he settles in the blue-line rotation.
