“It’s all speed… And Sam Bennett was the guy, and that was kind of it. They’ve been good. They’ve been really, really go Via @FlaPanthers on X

What happened: Maurice praised the line centered by Sam Bennett between Brady Tkachuk and Matthew Tkachuk for its speed. He called Bennett the driver and said the trio has been really good together.

Why it matters: The trio was reunited after the June move that brought the brothers together on the same line. Early chemistry gives Florida a speed-based top option during the 2026-27 regular season.

By the numbers: Bennett scored three goals in Florida's 8-3 win Oct. 19, part of three straight games with a Panther natural hat trick.

What to watch: Watch whether Maurice keeps the trio intact for the road stop in Ottawa.
