What happened: Max Christie is the latest player highlighted under 'The Blueprint' banner ahead of the 2026-27 NBA season, designated with jersey No. 0 on Sunday. The feature follows his inclusion in a five-man preseason starting unit on Oct. 14.

Why it matters: Pairing an Oct. 14 starting assignment with Sunday's roster feature signals a regular rotation role for the No. 0 guard entering the 2026-27 campaign. Mid-October preseason lineup designations establish the primary perimeter hierarchy before opening night.

What to watch: Final preseason tune-ups this week will determine whether Christie retains his starting role for the 2026-27 regular-season opener.
