What happened: Kylian Mbappe surfaced on Instagram, with Fabrizio Romano flagging the post and MadridXtra amplifying it to Real Madrid supporters. Romano separately quoted Mbappe writing "Hala Madrid," a club rallying cry aimed at fans during his time away from match action. The social activity is the latest data point in an ongoing recovery watch for the France captain.

Why it matters: Mbappe is Real Madrid's headline attacker, and any public sign of life from him is treated as a barometer for his return timeline. A reply from @Thabangmashimby framing Mbappe as "childish" underscores the fan tension around his availability and conduct while sidelined. With Madrid navigating the back half of the season, the club's attack ceiling and matchday lineups hinge on when he is cleared.

What to watch: Watch for an official Real Madrid medical update or training-ground sighting to firm up a return window. Any follow-up post from Mbappe addressing fitness or fan criticism would escalate the story.
