What happened: Josh McDaniels commended receiver Efton Chism III for his preparation and character. McDaniels described the undrafted free agent as a 'pro's pro' whose work ethic has remained at the highest possible level since joining the organization.

Why it matters: The endorsement follows a productive Week 4 where Chism secured a late one-handed touchdown catch to seal a 29-26 victory over the Buffalo Bills. The second-year receiver earns more playing time in the rotation as the coaching staff builds trust in his consistency.

What to watch: Chism looks to maintain his expanded offensive role heading into the next regular-season contest.
