What happened: Thiry pointed to McVay gathering the entire offense together in the middle of a game. She said the Rams season could take off from there if the moment holds.

Why it matters: McVay rarely gathers the full unit mid-game to deliver a challenge. A sustained offensive response would show whether the intervention changed execution.

What to watch: Watch whether the Rams carry that offensive response into the next week.
