What happened: Indianapolis added the three-time Super Bowl winner to its practice squad Tuesday. He was released by Buffalo at roster cuts in August after two appearances last season.

Why it matters: Kansas City loses a familiar speed option while managing receiver turnover. Indianapolis gains experienced depth and return help during the 2026 regular season.

What to watch: Elevation to the game-day roster is the next marker for his role in Indianapolis.
