What happened: Nick Westbrook-Ikhine was elevated to the active roster from the practice squad ahead of Sunday's game. The move puts the seventh-year receiver in line for another game-day role after a Sept. 26 elevation.

Why it matters: The elevation gives the offense another available option at receiver as teams lock in late-week depth. It also keeps Nick Westbrook-Ikhine in the weekly roster mix without requiring a longer-term commitment.

What to watch: The next step is the inactive list, which will show whether he is up strictly for depth or positioned for offensive snaps. Another elevation could also signal a larger role if the receiver rotation stays in flux.
