What happened: Denver downgraded Cam Johnson after listing him as doubtful prior to Wednesday's matchup in New Orleans. Julian Strawther remains sidelined with a left knee sprain alongside Spencer Jones, who is out for bilateral hamstring injury management. Alpha Diallo is also unavailable due to personal reasons.

Why it matters: Having four players unavailable trims Denver's perimeter depth for the road matchup against the Pelicans. Strawther and Jones also missed recent games against New Orleans and Golden State, keeping the Nuggets reliant on their remaining active rotation.

What to watch: The Nuggets and Pelicans tip off Wednesday, Oct. 28, at 8:00 PM ET in New Orleans.
