What happened: Green Bay activated Kraft from PUP on July 31 following right ACL surgery last November. He returned to 11-on-11 work Aug. 16 and participated in Wednesday's joint practice.

Why it matters: His return resolves a key availability question before Green Bay's Sept. 13 opener. Kraft had targeted Week 1 without a snap limit during rehabilitation.

By the numbers: Kraft progressed from PUP activation to team drills in 16 days.

What to watch: Green Bay closes the preseason Friday. Kraft's workload entering Week 1 will show whether his no-limit target holds.
