Around the NFC South: Panthers stay atop the division, even after a bye https://t.co/jkm9XlUkKv Via @Panthers on X

What happened: Carolina was idle in Week 6 during its bye. The club stayed in first place in the NFC South.

Why it matters: Staying on top through an idle week keeps control of the division race in Carolina's hands. The club returns from the break with no ground lost ahead of the second stretch of the 2026 season.

What to watch: Carolina returns to play following the bye with the NFC South race continuing.
