What happened: On The Pat McAfee Show, Pat McAfee said Los Angeles Rams quarterback Matthew Stafford deserves credit for reaching franchise passing touchdown milestones with both the Detroit Lions and the Rams. On The Pat McAfee Show, co-host AJ Hawk said he was surprised by how quickly Stafford climbed the passing touchdown ranks in Los Angeles after compiling yardage and scoring marks in Detroit.

Why it matters: McAfee, who entered the league in the same draft class as Stafford, said on the show that the former Georgia quarterback exemplifies toughness after playing through broken shoulders and broken ribs. Hawk added on the broadcast that while quarterbacks normally slow down physically over time, Stafford continues to throw the football the same way he did earlier in his career.

What to watch: McAfee and Hawk then welcomed Stafford onto The Pat McAfee Show as a guest to discuss his franchise passing touchdown milestones in Los Angeles.
