Proposed Devils package for Larkin: Silaev, Glass, 2027 first-round pick

What happened: Per The Hockey News, Dylan Larkin is willing to waive his no-trade clause for 10 teams, including the New Jersey Devils. The suggested Devils offer is defenseman Anton Silaev, center Cody Glass and a 2027 first-round pick, with Silaev as the piece that would matter most to Detroit.

Why it matters: The outlet says the Avalanche, Golden Knights, Lightning, Panthers and Stars lack the assets to move interim GM Shawn Horcoff, which narrows the field to six teams. Detroit is seeking a center and young defensive help in return.

By the numbers: Suggested packages: - Devils: Anton Silaev, Cody Glass, 2027 first - Hurricanes: Bradly Nadeau, Felix Unger-Sorum, 2028 first - Wild: Danila Yurov, Ryan Hartman, 2027 first - Canadiens: Michael Hage, Oliver Kapanen, Adam Engstrom - Mammoth: Caleb Desnoyers or Dmitri Simashev - Capitals: Andrew Cristall, Ivan Miroshnichenko, 2027 first The Devils are 9-5 through the first month of the 2026-27 season.

What to watch: Montreal is not among Larkin's 10 approved destinations, so its package, rated the strongest on offer, would require him to change his list.
