What happened: The ALCS reaches Game 6 tonight with third base as the focal matchup. Jose Ramirez and Junior Caminero line up as the opposing star third basemen.

Why it matters: The winner moves closer to the World Series while the loser runs out of margin in the series. Corner-infield offense has carried rallies in the ALCS, leaving either star one swing from shifting the pennant race.

What to watch: Late-inning at-bats with runners on will test how pitchers sequence each third baseman with the series on the line.
