The #Rams are moving on from K Harrison Mevis, per me and @MikeGarafolo, as coach Sean McVay authors a special teams sha Via @RapSheet on X
What happened: The Los Angeles Rams are moving on from kicker Harrison Mevis. They are signing Blake Grupe off the New York Jets practice squad.
Why it matters: The swap installs a new kicker on the Los Angeles Rams active roster. It leaves the New York Jets practice squad short at the position while Grupe steps into the role.
By the numbers: Harrison Mevis: 4 points in the final.
What to watch: Grupe's availability for the Los Angeles Rams' next game will show how the new unit settles.
