LA Rams Roster Moves: • Signed to Practice Squad LB Jamie Sheriff • Terminated (by Club) from Practice Squad DT Tim Keen Via @RamsNFL on X

What happened: Sheriff arrives after spending most of his first two NFL seasons on practice squads. Keenan had joined Los Angeles' initial practice squad on Aug. 31 after missing the 53-man roster.

Why it matters: The swap shifts developmental depth from defensive tackle to linebacker before the regular season. Keenan's departure puts the Rams' final 2026 draft selection back on the open market.

By the numbers: Sheriff is listed at 6-foot-2 and 265 pounds. The Rams drafted Keenan 232nd overall in the seventh round.

What to watch: Sheriff's practice workload and any subsequent elevation will clarify his role.
