What happened: Fabrizio Romano resurfaced footage of Raphinha telling Atletico Madrid supporters at the Metropolitano, after Barcelona's Champions League quarter-final exit, that they would 'go home next round.' Atletico were eliminated by Arsenal in the semi-finals, validating the Barcelona winger's parting words. DAZN Futbol published the clip, which has since gone viral on social media.

Why it matters: The moment crystallizes the bitter rivalry between Barcelona and Atletico Madrid and ends Atletico's season without silverware. Atletico's elimination by Arsenal in the semi-final closes a trophyless campaign for Diego Simeone's side. For Barcelona, Raphinha's prediction landing adds psychological weight to an already heated rivalry heading into next season.

What to watch: Watch for Atletico's response and any reaction from Simeone or the club's leadership. Barcelona and Atletico will meet again in La Liga next season, with the rivalry now carrying fresh fuel.
