What happened: Colorado substituted Sayed Abu Farkhi for Hamzat Ojediran in the 77th minute against Chicago, with the Rapids trailing 3-2.

Why it matters: The change came with 13 minutes left in a postseason match, leaving Colorado one goal behind. Abu Farkhi, signed on a U22 deal on Sept. 1, had also come on in the 62nd minute against a side he faced earlier this season.

What to watch: Colorado needs a goal to level the match and avoid elimination.
