What happened: Baltimore Ravens wide receiver Rashod Bateman has emerged as a potential trade candidate ahead of the NFL deadline, per ESPN's Jeremy Fowler and ProFootballRumors.com. Opposing clubs have expressed interest in acquiring the wideout who caught a 22-yard touchdown in September.

Why it matters: Baltimore selected Bateman 27th overall in the first round of the 2021 NFL Draft out of Minnesota. Any decision on his availability comes days after the Ravens trimmed their receiver depth by releasing veteran wideout Chris Moore on Oct. 13.

What to watch: Front offices across the league will monitor whether Baltimore entertains formal offers for Bateman as the NFL trade deadline approaches.
