Red Bull Racing and McLaren leave Austin TIED on points! 🤯 This is how the Constructors' Standings look after the Unite Via @F1 on X

What happened: Red Bull Racing and McLaren sit level on points in the Formula 1 Constructors' Standings following the United States Grand Prix at Circuit of the Americas. The Austin race concluded with pole-sitter Kimi Antonelli taking the checkered flag ahead of Charles Leclerc and Max Verstappen on the podium.

Why it matters: After trimming McLaren's constructor lead to 18 points earlier in October and tightening the margin through 17 rounds, Red Bull has wiped out the remaining gap completely. With both teams deadlocked exiting Texas, the constructors' title race resets for the closing rounds of the 2026 season.

By the numbers: United States GP top 10: P1 Kimi Antonelli, P2 Charles Leclerc, P3 Max Verstappen, P4 Lewis Hamilton, P5 Lando Norris, P6 Isack Hadjar, P7 Oscar Piastri, P8 George Russell, P9 Liam Lawson, P10 Pierre Gasly. Qualifying top five: Antonelli (P1), Verstappen (P2), Hadjar (P3), Leclerc (P4), Hamilton (P5).

What to watch: Both constructors carry identical point totals into the next round of the 2026 campaign as they battle for sole possession of the standings lead.
