The new Rockets NBA Cup Court just dropped 🤩 https://t.co/VDmHGvuIGd Via @HoustonRockets on X

What happened: Houston will play its home tournament games on the new floor during the 2026 Emirates NBA Cup. The unveiling came during the 2026-27 preseason as the league rolled out designs for all 30 clubs.

Why it matters: Separate Cup floors give tournament nights a distinct on-court identity from other home dates. That distinction helps separate Cup results in a crowded early-season schedule.

What to watch: The Cup group schedule will show when Houston plays its first home tournament game on the new floor.
