What happened: Colorado announced Leichman will not return next season. He spent one season as pitching coach.

Why it matters: Colorado closed with a fourth straight 100-loss season. Fixing the rotation and starter approach sits atop the front-office agenda.

By the numbers: Colorado finished with a fourth consecutive 100-loss season.

What to watch: Colorado will hire a new pitching coach for next season. That hire will lead the reset of the staff approach.
