What happened: The Colorado Rockies have officially released their starting lineup for the June 7 series finale against the Milwaukee Brewers. The announcement follows a pair of roster moves where LHP Sammy Peralta was recalled and RHP TJ Shook was optioned to Triple-A Albuquerque.

Why it matters: Colorado is fighting to avoid a series sweep after being outscored 16-8 over the first two games of the series. Currently 18 games back in the NL West, the Rockies need a strong outing from Kyle Freeland to gain momentum before heading into their next road trip.

By the numbers: Kyle Freeland (1-6, 8.06 ERA) takes the mound against Milwaukee's Shane Drohan (2-1, 2.87 ERA). The Rockies (24-41) trail the Dodgers by 18.0 games, while the Brewers (39-23) hold a 5.0-game lead in the NL Central.

What to watch: Following this afternoon's contest, the Rockies will look to build on today's performance as the June schedule continues.
