What happened: The New Orleans Saints chose Ohio State safety Lorenzo Styles Jr. with the 172nd pick in the 2026 NFL Draft. He is the brother of linebacker Sonny Styles, selected seventh overall by the Washington Commanders on Thursday. Both brothers from Ohio State now head to the NFL.

Why it matters: The family connection underscores Ohio State's defensive talent in this draft class. Saints add secondary depth late on Day 3 after trading for EDGE Tyree Wilson. Highlights ongoing roster building for 2026 season.
