What happened: Philadelphia announced Barkley is cleared from his hamstring issue to suit up. DeVonta Smith will miss the divisional matchup.

Why it matters: Barkley's availability restores Philadelphia's lead backfield for a divisional prime-time game. Smith's absence leaves the receiving corps short-handed for the same matchup.

What to watch: The matchup will test Philadelphia's backfield rotation and receiver depth without Smith.
