What happened: Seattle and Denver enter tonight still scoreless with kickoff pending. Ciarlo, a second-year linebacker out of Army, plays his second career game. Charles, a fourth-year wide receiver out of IU Pennsylvania, adds depth alongside him.

Why it matters: Seattle added Ciarlo on Sept. 30 to keep linebacker depth available on a short week. Ciarlo entered as a 2024 Jets undrafted free agent and became a fan favorite on last summer's Hard Knocks with Buffalo.

What to watch: Kickoff will clarify inactive status and special-teams roles for both elevations.
