What happened: Per Law Murray, the scoreless opening half marks the first time since October 2023 that Shai Gilgeous-Alexander has gone without a field goal before intermission.

Why it matters: That previous drought also came at home against the Denver Nuggets, when he went 0-for-9 in the first half. Since the NBA bubble, no other opponent has held him without a first-half field goal.

What to watch: Play continues in the second half as Gilgeous-Alexander seeks his first basket of the game.
