Sosa's sixth homer is a ninth-inning grand slam

Bohm, Crawford and Realmuto scored on the swing.

What happened: Alec Bohm, Justin Crawford and J.T. Realmuto crossed the plate. Edmundo Sosa drove the ball to center field in the top of the ninth.

Why it matters: The four-run swing came with only the bottom of the ninth remaining. Any advantage created by the blast still required three final outs.

By the numbers: Sosa's sixth homer produced four runs with one swing.

What to watch: The bottom of the ninth will determine whether the late rally holds.
