What happened: The Washington Commanders have officially ruled out wide receiver Terry McLaurin ahead of Sunday's scheduled game against the Indianapolis Colts due to a hamstring injury. Quarterback Marcus Mariota will lead the offense, as Jayden Daniels is also among the team's inactives.

Why it matters: Without McLaurin to stretch the field, Mariota loses his most reliable option against the Indianapolis defense. Relying on a veteran signal caller missing his top target makes moving the chains a monumental task for a Washington squad currently holding a 2-4 record.
