What happened: Oklahoma City Thunder representatives joined the Rolling Thunder Book Bus for a stop at Arbor Grove Elementary. The visit surprised students at the school. Each student took home a new book from the stop.

Why it matters: The stop extends the club's school literacy outreach early in the 2026-27 season. Direct distribution puts books with students at no cost to families. School visits keep community programming active during the regular season.

What to watch: Oklahoma City continues its regular-season schedule alongside community programming.
