What happened: Tristan Jarry secured his second consecutive shutout on Saturday, holding opponents scoreless across back-to-back starts. The stretch began Thursday when he stopped 24 shots in a 4-0 victory over Calgary.

Why it matters: Consecutive shutouts solidify Jarry's hold on the crease following early-season questions surrounding goaltending stability. The dual clean sheets provide immediate momentum as the rotation settles into the regular-season schedule.

What to watch: The goaltending rotation will be tested next week as the schedule shifts into early November matchups.
