What happened: Mike Vrabel said his unsportsmanlike conduct penalty came after he told the official he made a "terrible fucking call." He added the official was "a little sensitive" to throw the flag for it.

Why it matters: Head-coach conduct flags cost yardage and stall momentum in close games. Open criticism of officials often invites league review.

What to watch: Watch whether the league addresses Vrabel's remarks before the next slate.
