Walker Kessler first stint: 2 points, 1/2 FGs, 3 rebounds, 1 assist, 1 illegal screen Via @LawMurrayTheNU on X

What happened: Kessler shot 1-of-2 from the field in his first run. He added three rebounds and one assist alongside one illegal screen.

Why it matters: The outing provides an early rotation data point entering the 2026-27 preseason. A single stint offers little beyond availability, activity on the glass and whistle discipline.

By the numbers: 2 PTS, 1-of-2 FG, 3 REB, 1 AST, 1 illegal screen in first stint.

What to watch: His next stint will indicate rotation length and adjustment after the illegal screen.
