What happened: Chicago set its starters for Saturday after an 11-8 defeat in its previous game. The move locks in the batting order and opening pitching assignment for the day's matchup.

Why it matters: Pregame lineup news matters because it confirms who is available at first pitch during the regular season's closing stretch. It also sets the baseline for whether Chicago can turn an eight-run offensive showing into a better result.

What to watch: Watch for any late change before first pitch and for whether the starting group can clean up after Friday's 11-run night against them.
