What happened: The WNBA, NBA, Golden State Valkyries, Atlanta Dream and Atlanta Hawks negotiated through Sunday without settling where or when WNBA Finals Game 6 will be played. One source told ESPN's Ramona Shelburne: "This should've been solved weeks ago, and definitely at the same time Games 3 and 4 were solved.

Why it matters: A second source framed the scramble as a sign of progress: "The fact we are making these decisions so we can play a WNBA game at a larger arena is the best news of all. ... It just has to be scheduled better.

What to watch: The site and date for Game 6 are the open items.
