What happened: 60 Minutes airs its profile of Victor Wembanyama Sunday at 7:00 p.m. ET. Correspondent Jon Wertheim sat down with the San Antonio star for the segment.

Why it matters: The program bills Wembanyama as one of the biggest stars in sports, citing his 7-foot-4 frame and his character, and calls him the NBA's new face and its tallest starter. It says he carries outsized ambitions for his team and himself, and he has already said the NBA Finals against the Knicks revealed his limits.

What to watch: Sunday's broadcast follows an excerpt of the interview that has already circulated.
