What happened: Los Angeles will be without Donald for its Week 4 game against Philadelphia after a back issue turned into a Sunday absence. The update landed Friday, leaving the Rams a short window to finalize their defensive front.

Why it matters: Losing Aaron Donald removes the centerpiece of the Rams' interior rush and run defense. It also turns one of Los Angeles' biggest availability questions this week into a settled lineup change before kickoff.

What to watch: The next Rams injury report will show whether the back issue extends beyond Sunday. Los Angeles will confirm its full inactive list before kickoff.
