What happened: Judge ran the bases and worked in the outfield Sunday before facing live pitching Monday. A right rib stress fracture has kept him out since early June.

Why it matters: The session checks a key workload box before Judge can return to the lineup. The homestand creates the next practical window for an activation decision.

What to watch: Watch whether Judge completes another live-pitching session and receives clearance for activation during the homestand.
