What happened: Brown said the plan is to make the best decision for the long haul, not just temporarily. The update followed his return to practice Wednesday.

Why it matters: His availability shapes the Sunday receiving plan after a multi-week absence. A long-haul approach prioritizes full recovery over a one-week return.

What to watch: Late-week practice participation and the official game designation will settle Sunday availability.
