What happened: Josh Allen scored on a quarterback sneak for the Buffalo Bills. The latest listed score had Buffalo ahead 27-20 in an in-progress game.

Why it matters: A lead change alters play-calling on both sidelines the rest of the way. It also shifts pressure to the defense to answer before the next possession swing.

What to watch: The next possessions will determine whether Buffalo preserves the edge as live play continues.
