Got her feet set, got her shot down 😌 Allisha Gray is up to 11 PTS & counting as she connects on her first three A Via @WNBA on X

What happened: Allisha Gray knocked down her first three-pointer to reach 11 points during Saturday's Game 1 of the 2026 WNBA Finals between the Atlanta Dream and Golden State Valkyries. Gray previously opened the scoring with Atlanta's first five points in late August and scored the opening basket of the Finals opener.

Why it matters: Gray entered the championship series opener on a day-to-day designation before receiving medical clearance ahead of tipoff in the Bay Area. Her perimeter shooting and drives attacking left against stagger-adjacent sets give Atlanta immediate half-court creation as the franchise makes its first Finals appearance since 2013.

What to watch: Game 1 continues on NBC and Peacock as Atlanta and Golden State battle for the opening lead of the best-of-seven series.
