What happened: Los Angeles and the Arizona Cardinals completed final roster adjustments ahead of Sunday's regular-season meeting at SoFi Stadium. The Rams activated offensive lineman Keagen Trost from reserve and elevated cornerback Cam Lampkin from the practice squad.

Why it matters: Arizona enters at 1-4 after dropping a 36-24 decision to the Giants and countered by activating safety Kitan Crawford from injured reserve alongside practice-squad elevations for Evan Hull and Jerrick Reed II. Los Angeles also navigated offensive line shuffling this week after tackle Alaric Jackson had his suspension reduced to one game on appeal.

What to watch: Both clubs take the field Sunday in Inglewood as the Rams begin a two-week homestand.
