What happened: Baba Miller, recently slotted into the third-string center role, remained as the last player on the floor before spending time with Cat Mobley, nicknamed 'Old Money.' The frontcourt reserve has logged extra court work during the opening stretch of the 2026-27 regular season.

Why it matters: Miller is working to establish his footing after arriving ahead of the 2026-27 campaign and taking jersey No. 18. Staying late on the hardwood and connecting with established basketball figures supports his development while he waits for frontcourt opportunities.

What to watch: Monitor whether Miller's extra post-session work leads to rotation minutes as frontcourt depth is tested this week.
